These options combine to ensure customers' express freight distribution needs are met through a single supplier enabling integrated account management, a single invoice for all services and streamlined customer service.

Each of these services are supported by:

• Electronic Trading (Strongly recommended for all customers)
• Internet Proof of Delivery - on-line retrieval of POD's
• Internet Track and Trace - on-line delivery status of consignments
• Customer Service / Enquiry System - company depots Nationally are linked to one system that manages all enquiries

  Toll IPEC Road Express

  Door to Door delivery across Australia. Adjoining States on the eastern seaboard will be overnight with second or third days delivery for other Capital Cities and most country locations. Our aim is to deliver freight by 2pm on the next scheduled delivery day.

  Services:

  • Dedicated trailers - trailer left on-site for loading at your convenience
  • Book-Ins - check your freight, marked to invoice, held at receiving port and booked in prior to delivery
  • Saturday/after hours delivery - by arrangement (additional charges will apply)
  • Dangerous goods - transport arrangements can be made, subject to additional charges and full compliance to regulations

  Types of freight:

  • Cartons and parcels
  • Cartonised pallet freight (up to 2 pallets per consignment)
  • Break bulk pallets (multiple distribution points)
  • Modules & freight cells (for extra protection and security)

  Toll IPEC Priority

  Toll IPEC also provides a time critical / time sensitive Priority service Australia-wide, utilising a combination of Air and Road services for delivery by 10:00am next working day. This applies to all capital city CBD's and most major regional centres. More remote areas may require additional lead times.

  • Saturday delivery / after hours / weekends by arrangement

    • As an alternative to Pre-paid satchels software can be supplied to provide bar-coded or printed labels on a pay-as-you-go basis
