Dear Customer,

We have found that our current Extra Service fee options, which relates to goods that are lost or damaged, do not suit all of our customers. With this in mind Toll IPEC has developed a new low cost, easy to use Extra Service option that we believe may suit your organisation.

Our aim is to provide complete peace of mind when you consign your valuable goods with us. Where Toll IPEC's Extra Service is required and the goods are lost or damaged due to Toll IPEC's negligence or wilful act or omission, Toll IPEC will pay the Sender or the Person nominated by the Sender up to $150 for a $1.50 Extra Service fee per consignment.

If this option suits your organisation, there is no need to respond. We will extend the Extra Service to your account automatically commencing 26/10/2009. Should you prefer not to take advantage of this opportunity, please let us know by completing and returning the attached slip or log on to our Web site www.tollipec.com.au
