Booking a Pickup
If you wish to book a pickup, dial 13

Web Pickups system.
Your booking will be processed promptly if you have
the following information prior to calling us:-
- The number of items being sent
- The destination State
- Approximate weight and size of the items being sent
- The account number of the party paying the freight
- When the freight will be ready
- The time your business closes
It is important that any Dangerous Goods be
declared when you book your pickup, so we can ensure
hazardous items are managed correctly.
Pickup bookings can also be emailed. When you book
your next pickup, ask our operator for details about
these convenient options.
Freight Tracking, Proof of Delivery and General
Assistance
Toll IPEC uses state-of-the-art freight sorting and
tracking technology to ensure you are able to keep track
of items as they move across Australia.

In addition to our Customer Service staff, Toll IPEC
now offers direct access to Freight
